This charge was never disclosed at account opening or Futures exchangein any agreement. After completing all paperwork, I was blindsided when this sudden cost stopped my withdrawal. Customer service refused to provide any legitimate documentation and only gave evasive replies. This is a clear scam designed to trap clients’ money and force extra payments. Don’t fall for it.
