I’m absolutely stunned. My account was approved weeks ago,Futures trading software mobile app and all my documents were verified. I had already received an email confirming that my withdrawal had been processed. Then out of nowhere, they claimed this extra fee was necessary. I reviewed every agreement, every FAQ, and there is no mention of this charge. I reached out to support and all I got were robotic responses saying “it’s required under compliance policy.” When I asked for an official document proving that, they ignored the request. To make matters worse, they refused to deduct the fee from my balance, insisting it must be paid separately. That’s when I realized this wasn’t a misunderstanding—it’s manipulation. They are intentionally creating new charges to delay the withdrawal process. This isn’t a small issue—it’s a red flag. After doing more research, I found others complaining about the exact same thing.
