I was never informed of this during account setup or Kucoin trading platformthroughout the trading process. It’s frustrating and shady—none of this was in writing. I reached out to support, and all they could offer were copy-pasted responses. I’ve complied with everything: ID checks, deposit verifications, trading volume milestones. Just when I think I’m done, they change the rules. They’re clearly trying to wear me down and extract more payments. NKVO is a fraudulent platform, not a real broker. No one should trust them with a single cent.
