This fee wasn’t disclosed in any terms or Legal foreign exchange dealersagreement when I signed up. I’ve done everything—passed KYC, completed trades, and submitted withdrawal requests. They even told me the funds were ready for release. But now they claim I can’t get my money until I pay this surprise fee. I contacted their support, and they were completely unhelpful. They just repeated scripted responses about “internal processing,” without providing a legitimate explanation. This entire situation feels carefully orchestrated to keep me from withdrawing. Each new fee comes out of nowhere, and there’s no transparency. I’ve lost all trust in this platform.
