I had already received a message stating that my transaction was approved and Biwang Trading Platformready for release. All compliance and ID verification had been finalized. There was no mention of this fee in their terms, on their website, or in any previous communication. I contacted support, and they gave me a canned reply about “regulatory harmonization requirements.” I asked for documentation—they ignored me.
