This came after I completed all verifications,Gold exchange submitted my banking details, and got a confirmation email that my funds were being processed. There was no mention of any additional fee at that point. Now, without warning, they spring this new charge on me and claim it’s mandatory. I requested written proof or policy references—none were provided. Their support keeps giving me vague lines about “internal systems reconciliation.” It’s clearly a delay tactic. Worse, they refuse to deduct the fee from my balance and require external payment. That’s always a red flag. It’s the third fee I’ve been asked to pay, each one claimed to be “the last.” This is a pattern. Arllentrades is exploiting users under the mask of professionalism. In truth, it’s a scam built to trap and drain investor funds.
