I had already completed all identity checks and FXCM foreign exchange futures trading competitiondocument verifications, and my account was approved weeks ago. There was never any mention of this fee, and when I contacted support for clarification, they provided vague responses without proof. They claimed it’s part of “regulatory requirements,” but refused to provide policy documents. It’s clear they are stalling withdrawals and inventing fees to trap user funds. I’m extremely frustrated and feel scammed by a platform I trusted. They lure you in with promises of easy withdrawals, but the reality is different. They invent hidden charges to delay or block payouts, draining users financially and emotionally. This is not a real broker. Grand Prime Exchange is a scam, and I regret ever depositing funds with them. Avoid this platform at all costs.
