This came as a complete surprise. When I first signed up,What are the foreign exchange platforms regulated by fca there was no mention of such a fee, and I’ve already submitted all necessary documents. My account was approved weeks ago, so why would they suddenly introduce a new fee? When I asked for clarification, they told me it was for "routine maintenance." This explanation feels vague and incomplete. I’m starting to suspect this is just another tactic to prevent me from withdrawing my funds. If anyone has faced this situation, please share your experience. Did you have to pay this fee, or was it another scam?
