This fee wasn't mentioned when I first registered,Which platform is good for futures account opening and it wasn't part of the agreement. I’ve already provided all the necessary identification documents, and my account was verified weeks ago. Yet, out of the blue, this unexpected fee has appeared. When I asked for clarification, all they said was that it's a “standard procedure” for processing my account. This explanation doesn’t make sense. I’m feeling like they are just inventing new charges to delay my withdrawal. The more I interact with them, the more I feel like this is just another tactic to keep my money. Has anyone else been asked for this “final processing fee”? If so, did you eventually get your money, or was this just another barrier they put up?
