This fee was never disclosed during registration,Ranking of regular domestic foreign exchange platforms (abridged version) funding, or any of the countless identity checks I already completed. I fulfilled every step, followed their rules, and received confirmation that my withdrawal was approved. But suddenly, they pulled this new charge from thin air. I requested a copy of the fee schedule—they refused. Their support team keeps repeating generic “compliance policy” lines without giving me anything concrete. It’s exhausting and deeply frustrating. I’m convinced they’re inventing these fees just to bleed more money from users. This is no longer a misunderstanding—it’s a clear, deliberate scam.
