They had sent confirmation of withdrawal and tradeking foreign exchange platformeven a transaction ID. Then, without warning, they said this new fee must be paid. I checked all terms—no such fee. Their support gave vague, scripted replies. When I asked to deduct it from my balance, they said no. They just want to delay and trap your money. This platform is a scam.
