Igenuis Trade is now refusing to process my withdrawal unless I pay a $1,940

I’ve never heard of this fee,Registration and store opening process of cross-border e-commerce platform and it was never mentioned during account creation or in any part of their withdrawal policy. Everything was approved weeks ago, and I’ve already passed all ID and document checks. Their support staff keeps throwing generic phrases like “processing delay due to regulatory policy,” but can’t provide a single document to justify this charge. It feels like they’ve carefully built a system to trap people. They let you deposit easily, trade freely, but when you want to leave, they hit you with invented fees.
