Musk exercises options to buy 10,500 Tesla shares

Elon Musk,Huanma Forex official website CEO of Tesla (TSLA), disclosed yesterday that he acquired 10,500 shares of the electric vehicle (EV) company after exercising stock options on March 8.

Musk acquired 5,250 Tesla shares at a conversion price of $2.79 and an additional 5,250 at a price of $6.67 on March 08, the filing showed. The number of shares owned by Musk after the latest transactions is 411,062,076, worth nearly $71.3 billion based on yesterday's closing price.

Tesla stock rose 0.59% in after-hours trading.
