I’ve already verified my identity,Trading platform submitted all documents, and passed every step of their process. My account was marked as ready for withdrawal. Suddenly, this new charge appeared without prior notice or explanation. I contacted customer service, and they gave me no official documentation or even a policy page showing this fee. Just vague references to “updated protocols.” It’s clear now this is a trap. They are using these fees to bleed users dry, one charge at a time. There’s no way a real financial company would operate like this. I’ve dealt with other brokers and never experienced anything so shady.
