The US dollar to RMB exchange rate conversionirony? My account was already activated weeks ago. I’ve been trading, checking in regularly, and completed all their verification steps. Suddenly, they say it wasn’t “fully active for withdrawals.” When I asked where this is stated in their policy, they couldn’t point me to anything. Just more vague language about “compliance activation tiers.” It’s become obvious they’re just inventing new layers of bureaucracy to keep the money locked in. I feel manipulated and powerless. Has anyone paid this and actually received their money? I need hope.
