I never agreed to this,Spot Exchange Rate and it was not mentioned anywhere on their website or in the agreement I signed. I’ve verified my identity, provided all documents, and was told my account was clear for withdrawal. Yet, when I tried to access my funds, this mysterious fee appeared out of nowhere. Support could not give me any policy documentation, only generic excuses like “required for compliance.” It’s clear they are inventing fees to prevent users from withdrawing funds. I now see that OrcaraGold Exclusive is not a real broker but a scam operation preying on traders. They are trapping user funds and using fake charges to steal from people who trusted them.
