Is Moikola.com Legit or a Scam?

Is Moikola.com legit or Is MT4 platform legal in Chinaa scam? This has been a popular question we’ve been getting at FTI. With this, we were compelled to write this review and analyze everything to do with Moikola.com.

Moikola.com is an online store that sells products such as baby care kits and camping chairs. However, are they legit or will you lose money to them? Let’s find out, shall we?

Where are the Products?

On the home page, I only found two products listed which is confusing at best. I only saw a camping chair and a picnic blanket.

There is no provision for other products though there is a search bar at the top of the website. However, when I searched “products” I was only able to find one other product. This begs the question, is the website incomplete or do they have other products that are just hard to find?

Either way, this is confusing and very rare with legit sites that list all their products and make it easy for customers to find them.

Suspicious Ownership

On the “Contact Us” page, they have listed Meledo Company Limited as their owner.

Interestingly, they have listed the above information as an image to make it harder to find them on search engines. Though Meledo Company Ltd is registered in the UK, there is speculation that it's a shell company incorporated by Chinese owners and is related to thousands of scammy websites.

I have written about such dubious websites in the past that also list Meledo Company Ltd as their parent company, such as Meeyd.com and Inacool.com. 

There are also hundreds of websitessupposedly related to Meledo Company Limited listed by Fake Website Buster. Presumably, there are thousands more sites with relations to Meledo Company Limited. The company may be (mis)used by Chinese organized cybercriminalswho use its UK registrationto dupe unsuspecting customers. 

Other Telltale Signs

Upon further analysis, I found out that there are other signs that make us doubt the legitimacy of Moikola.com.

For starters, I found content that was duplicated on other sites, which could further back our suspicions that Moikola.com could be part of a larger scam network. This content is available on multiple other sites: Strictly follows five steps of CITST quality control, namely Checking suppliers, Inspecting production, Testing sample quality, Spot-checking products, Tracking after sales, ensuring all products meet a consistent quality standard and users' requirements.

The same content appears on sites such as rosezip.com and Blasura.com.

Furthermore, I could not find any location or phone number listed which makes it hard to know where they are actually based. Plus, I could not find any social media handles on the website which is strange for a webshop operating in this digital era.

Bottom Line

Overall, there is a high possibility that Moikola.com could be a scam. There are a lot of red flags that are too hard to ignore. They list very few products on their website and there is no phone number or location listed, making it hard to know where they are based.

They also claim to be owned by Meledo Company Ltd which is a Chinese-owned company that’s registered in the UK. Moikola.com seems to use content similar to that of other dubious sites, which could suggest they are part of a larger network of fake online stores.

Customers should exercise caution when shopping at Moikola.com. There are more reputable online marketplaces out there.
