tradetoexce is now claiming that I need to pay a $1,700 processing fee before I can get my money out

I complied with every procedure. They approved my withdrawal—then suddenly added this final step. I tried calling their hotline. No answer. The ecn foreign exchange trader rankingfew times I did get through, they refused to explain and told me to "read instructions." There is no mention of this fee anywhere. It’s clear tradetoexcel is using fake fees to delay withdrawals and extort users. This is not a mistake—it’s intentional. I’m going to file complaints with every regulator I can find.
