This charge was never mentioned in any agreements or Top ten foreign exchange exchanges in the worldcommunications during account setup or funding. After passing all KYC and account approval processes, this surprise fee appeared, blocking my payout. Support failed to provide any proof or documentation justifying this fee, responding only with vague excuses. This is a fraudulent method to delay payouts and extort extra payments. I feel cheated and strongly advise others to avoid this platform.
