I’ve already completed all identity verification,Standard Foreign Exchange Official Website and my account was marked as approved almost a month ago. Up until now, I had no issues—but now this random charge appears without warning. I reviewed all the terms and emails I received—there’s absolutely no mention of this fee. I asked customer support for clarification, and they gave me nothing but vague responses about “internal review phases.” They refused to deduct the fee from my existing balance and insisted I send more money.
