Today, I want to help you evaluate a Forex broker. Recently some investors have asked if this forex broker is legitimate and reliable.

The name of this broker is Cloackx, founded 2025 years ago and ranked 2619 in the world. 

The Cloackx platform's official website states that it is incorporated in Saint Lucia and regulated by the Saint Lucia IFC, holding a broker license numbered 2025-00194. Upon inquiry, the company confirmed that it does hold this license. However, the Saint Lucia IFC lacks the authority to regulate foreign exchange trading, which presents potential risks for investors and should be considered with caution.

Cloackx has 1 MT5 servers in Germany.

FTI risk warning shows that Cloackx has 13 risks. Investors need to pay attention to the relevant risk alerts for this broker.

The master white label relationship shows that Cloackx has 46 associated brokers. The master-white label relationship indicates that Cloackx and the now-defunct Jetswap platform are the same company. Similarities can be seen in their server addresses and website templates.

The now-defunct Jetswap platform operated for only a few years, also offering high-yield foreign exchange investment products. However, after raising a large amount of client funds, it absconded with the funds.

Clearly, Cloackx's ultimate fate was the same as Jetswap's. Jetswap was established in 2021, and after its collapse, Cloackx was established in 2025. Cloackx, still operating without a foreign exchange license, used the same unregistered domain name and website template to continue profiting from scams in China.
