VTradax has now created a new $2,100 “compliance release fee” after confirming my withdrawal

I’ve already provided every required document,US dollar to RMB exchange rate conversion passed all verification checks, and received confirmation that my payout was in progress. Then today, I received an email claiming I needed to pay this additional fee to complete the withdrawal. I never agreed to this, and it wasn’t in any terms or onboarding disclosures. When I asked their team for a written policy outlining this fee, they evaded the question and said it was part of “internal compliance restructuring.” I offered to pay using the funds already in my trading account—they said no, only an external transfer is allowed. That makes no sense unless they’re making the fee up. Now I’m stuck in limbo. I can’t get my money unless I pay, and there’s no guarantee this will be the final request. This is textbook scam behavior. VTradax is not a real broker. It’s a predatory platform using hidden fees to exploit users.
