This fee was never mentioned during onboarding or Futures trading platformin any terms. My account was fully verified, and I expected withdrawals to be easy. Instead, this sudden fee appeared and blocked my funds. When I asked for official policy or contractual proof, support ignored my requests and sent generic answers. This is a scam tactic to hold funds hostage and force payments. I feel scammed and advise others to avoid this broker.
