They’ve told me that due to the ‘current market conditions,European and American fx’ I need to pay a $1,000 “market condition fee” before I can withdraw my $3,000. I’ve never heard of such a fee, and it wasn’t mentioned when I joined. This sounds like another excuse to avoid paying me. Has anyone encountered this kind of charge?
