This demand appeared out of nowhere, hantec foreign exchange trading platform even though my account was verified and approved weeks ago. I read all of their terms before depositing, and there was no mention of such a fee. When I contacted support for clarification, they gave me robotic replies saying it was “standard procedure.” That’s not an explanation. It feels like they are intentionally creating fake barriers to keep user funds trapped. I’ve complied with every step, provided all documents, and followed their guidelines, but now they are demanding more money. It’s clear that Igenuis Trade never intended to let me withdraw my funds in the first place. They use hidden fees to drain traders while pretending to be a professional platform. I now fully believe that Igenuis Trade is a scam designed to exploit unsuspecting users, and I regret ever trusting them with my investment.
