I even received an email saying my withdrawal had been approved and was “awaiting disbursement.” Then this new charge suddenly shows up. I asked for policy references—nothing. They sent me vague wording about “international disbursement regulations.” It sounds made-up, and I couldn’t find a single reference to this fee anywhere.
