This was never mentioned during registration,Foreign Exchange Purchasing Company nor at any point during the KYC or funding process. I’ve already submitted every required document and even paid a so-called “final verification fee” just last week. Now they say this new charge is required to complete internal compliance protocols. When I pushed for more details, they just repeated generic terms like “system release compliance.” They refuse to subtract it from my balance, insisting I must pay it externally. It’s outrageous. I feel trapped. Each time I follow through with what they ask, another invented hurdle pops up. This is no longer incompetence—it’s coordinated deception. This platform is clearly designed to scam users under the guise of regulatory steps. I’ve lost trust completely.
