AVA Global is now demanding that I pay a $1,800 “regulatory review fee”

I’ve already gone through the entire verification process,The top five foreign exchange trading centers in the country include and my account was approved weeks ago. Suddenly, this new fee is introduced. They claim it’s to comply with some regulatory standards, but they refuse to provide any official documentation to back it up. It’s becoming frustrating, as every time I think I’m close to receiving my funds, another unexpected charge appears. This feels like a tactic to delay withdrawals, and I’m not sure how to proceed. Has anyone else been asked for this “regulatory review fee”?
