I have ifx foreign exchange international platformchecked all their user agreements and policies, and this fee was never listed or mentioned at any point. I’ve been patient, submitting all documents and waiting for account approval, which they confirmed weeks ago. But now, they have invented a new fee at the final step to block my withdrawal. When I challenged them, support simply sent vague lines like “it’s mandatory for your account level.” It’s obvious this is a lie and a tactic to extract more money from users while delaying withdrawals. I now fully believe this platform is a scam, and I regret trusting them with my funds.
