I was never informed about this cost when I signed up or during the verification process. After submitting all necessary documents and receiving account approval, I was shocked to find my withdrawal blocked by this surprise fee. Customer service refused to provide any official documents supporting this charge, responding only with vague excuses. This seems like a classic scam tactic designed to trap client funds and squeeze out extra payments. Such dishonesty makes me question the legitimacy of Souq Capitals. I strongly warn other traders to stay away to protect their money.
