I’ve already paid two other unexpected fees, each time being told they were “final.” I completed KYC weeks ago, and my account has been fully verified. My withdrawal request was marked “approved,” yet they keep moving the finish line. When I questioned their support team, they provided no written policy or reference to this fee.
