I’ve never heard of such a thing,Latest exchange rate of US dollar to RMB and it certainly wasn’t disclosed during any of my previous interactions with the platform. My documents were submitted and approved weeks ago. This fee just came out of nowhere. I asked for legal proof or policy links, but their support team just gave me vague phrases like “processing completion.” They’re avoiding direct answers and hoping users won’t question them. This isn't customer service—it’s manipulation. I regret ever trusting this platform. Without a doubt, CapitalProfessional Ltd is a scam.
