This fee wasn’t mentioned in any onboarding documentation, exness official website login and it came completely out of the blue. I had already been told my account was cleared for withdrawal. When I contacted support, they gave me a copy-paste response about “compliance protocol phases.” No invoice, no policy link—just an ultimatum. I’ve already paid two earlier fees they claimed were “final.” This is the third, and I can’t help but feel like they’re scamming me. They refuse to deduct it from my balance and demand an external transfer. That’s not how real brokers operate. I now believe Gdm Investments Ltd is a scam operation hiding behind fake professional branding. They exist solely to prevent withdrawals while milking users through fake fees.
