I’ve never even heard of such a thing. When I signed up,How to charge futures fees there was no mention of this fee. I’ve submitted all documents, gone through KYC, and even paid one previous charge they claimed was the last. Now they’ve added this one too, citing vague “FX compliance protocols.” I’ve asked for legal justification and got nothing. They won’t deduct the amount from my balance either—they say it has to be paid separately. That’s a huge red flag. I’m losing confidence by the day. This platform is starting to look like a textbook scam. They have no intention of paying out, only of inventing new charges until users give up. I wish I had never deposited anything here.
