This fee was nowhere mentioned in the contract or Foreign exchange dealers that can trade tryterms I agreed to. After fulfilling all their KYC requirements and having my account approved, I was confident the withdrawal would be smooth. Instead, this sudden charge appeared, blocking my payout. When I requested clarification and official policy backing, support avoided my questions and replied with generic messages. It’s evident this is a tactic to keep user funds trapped and extort more money. I feel deceived and warn other traders against trusting Swiftrine Options, as this platform is clearly a scam hiding behind professional appearances.
