This charge was never disclosed during account setup or Puton foreign exchangefunding. Despite completing all required verification, this sudden fee appeared only when I tried to withdraw. Requests for official documentation were ignored or met with generic replies. It’s clear this is a fraudulent practice designed to trap client funds and extort extra money. I feel cheated and warn others to avoid this platform.
