I never agreed to this fee,ICBC real-time foreign exchange rates and it wasn’t disclosed when I opened my account or while I was trading. They had no issues accepting my deposits, but now they are blocking my withdrawal with a random fee that has no legal or policy basis. I requested an official explanation, but they just repeated empty statements about “account processing.” It feels like they are inventing reasons to keep my money trapped. I feel betrayed and angry that I trusted them. This is not how a real broker operates. Their tactics are manipulative, and it’s clear their business model is to trap users’ funds behind fake charges. IBTP is a scam, and I regret ever signing up with them.
