This was never in any documentation or Foreign exchange dealers that can trade trymentioned in any correspondence. I’ve already verified my ID, fulfilled the trade requirements, and even waited their so-called “processing period.” Their support claims it’s a standard procedure, but no such standard is documented anywhere. I’m furious. Every time I get close to withdrawing, they invent another obstacle. It’s manipulation.
