There was no prior disclosure of this charge in any terms or Foreign exchange with convenient withdrawalsagreements when I opened my account. I completed all KYC steps and was assured withdrawals would proceed smoothly. However, this fee appeared out of nowhere and stopped my withdrawal. When I requested proof or official policies about this charge, support avoided giving clear answers. This is a fraudulent tactic to trap client funds and extort more money. I warn all traders to avoid Prime FX CFD.
