I immediately questioned it, and their response was that it’s part of their “compliance continuity protocol.” That term means nothing to me, and it doesn’t appear in their policy documents. This is not a misunderstanding—it’s a deliberate delay tactic. Each time I reach the supposed final step, they find a reason to block me. I’m done believing anything they say.
