Recently, investors have filed complaints through the FTI APP regarding Gold Elephant repeatedly demanding additional payments during withdrawal.
The complainant revealed that they had invested a total of 147,000 RMB. When preparing to withdraw funds, customer service stated that taxes needed to be paid before the funds could arrive. After paying 106,700 HKD in taxes, they were then asked to pay an additional 10% as a verification fee for the funds to be released. However, when inquiring about the status on May 14th, the account could no longer be logged into. As of May 18th, the account still remains inaccessible. Does this platform have issues?
