This came completely out of the blue. I’ve already passed every KYC step,MT4 precious metals submitted my ID, address verification, and even waited through their so-called “account review” process. There was never any mention of this fee during signup or trading. I’ve gone through their terms line by line—nothing. Their support team keeps replying with robotic messages about “policy updates” but refuses to provide documentation. This feels like financial blackmail. I now realize this isn’t a trading platform—it’s a con designed to extort more money when you try to withdraw. Shame on them.
