BeneForex has come under scrutiny in the past for alleged fraudulent activity and How to register a real account with mt4regulatory issues. According to previous information, the AR (Authorised Representative) licence that BeneForex claimed to hold under the authority of ASIC (Australian Securities and Investments Commission) was revoked on the 18th of June 2019, and there are ongoing complaints about the company, including issues such as fraudulent enticements and the inability to withdraw funds.
Due to this negative information and the fact that the licence has been revoked, it can be surmised that BeneForex may no longer legally operate in China. In addition, with increased regulation of the financial markets in China, it will become very difficult for foreign financial service providers that are not properly licensed or compliant to continue operating in the Chinese market.
However, it is worth noting that despite the aforementioned issues, some websites may still advertise BeneForex's services, which may be motivated by outdated information or designed to mislead potential clients. Therefore, investors should be especially careful and verify the authenticity and legitimacy of any Forex trading platform through official channels. If a company has indeed withdrawn from the Chinese market, it usually makes an official announcement to inform its clients and service providers.
In order to get the most accurate information, it is advisable to contact the relevant regulator directly or check the latest official statement to confirm whether BeneForex has indeed withdrawn from the Chinese market. Meanwhile, investors should choose to trade with brokers that have a good reputation and are properly regulated in order to protect their funds.
