All of my documents were submitted, verified, and approved weeks ago. I even received an email confirming that my withdrawal request was accepted. And now they’re saying I need to pay for “optimization”? I asked what exactly is being optimized—they couldn’t explain. Just more vague talk about “internal protocols.” It’s clearly designed to confuse and wear me down. I feel helpless and taken advantage of. This isn’t forex trading—it’s financial entrapment disguised as policy.
