I completed all their KYC steps,Amount of the Largest TR Foreign Exchange Fraud Case in Guangxi and they approved my account, confirming everything was ready for withdrawal. At no stage was this fee mentioned, and it is not included in their policies or agreements. When I contacted support for an explanation, they failed to provide any documents and only repeated generic phrases like “required for security checks.” It feels like they are deliberately creating fake fees to delay withdrawals and pressure traders into paying additional money to access their funds. I feel angry and scammed for trusting Octa Capital X with my money, only to discover it is a fraudulent operation disguised as a broker. Others should be warned that Octa Capital X is not a safe platform and will block your funds using hidden, fake fees.
