I was told my funds were ready and Is Jufeng precious metals reliable?that the final review had been done. Suddenly, they claim this fee is required to “complete the process.” There was never any mention of this during sign-up, not even in the small print. Every time I contact support, they reply with generic messages and avoid my direct questions. It’s as if they are trained to stall users who ask about withdrawals. I’ve already paid other unexpected charges in good faith, hoping this would be the last step. But this is clearly a trap. It seems like no matter how many hoops I jump through, they’ll keep creating new ones. I’m done giving them the benefit of the doubt.
