They’re saying I need to pay a $1,Jinsheng foreign exchange000 “rebalancing fee” before I can withdraw my funds, as they claim my portfolio needs to be “rebalanced” for tax purposes. This is strange because I haven’t made any major trades recently. Is this a scam, or has anyone else been asked for a similar fee?
