That was never mentioned anywhere on Basic procedures for individual foreign exchange transactionstheir platform. I’ve read the fine print, asked questions, and nothing ever referenced this. It appeared only after I tried to withdraw. Support won’t provide an invoice or breakdown, only generic excuses like “it’s required by protocol.” I’ve had enough. This isn’t a real platform—it’s a scam designed to prey on unsuspecting users. The warning signs were there, but I ignored them. I hope others don’t make the same mistake.
