财联社(上海,国家锂业编辑 史正丞)讯,资源主义组建资源者财当地时间周三,民族墨西墨西哥总统Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador(AMLO)再度高举资源民族主义大旗,抬头提供明确拒绝试图进入该国市场开采锂资源的全权Qishi trading platform私营企业。
在周三举行的开采Cyprus 2021 foreign exchange dealer rankings发布会上,AMLO明确表示,联社与黄金、国家锂业白银等其他金属不同,资源主义组建资源者财锂和石油一样属于国家的民族墨西战略资源。在提及索诺拉州的抬头提供锂矿开采合约时,AMLO表示锂矿并不属于政府或某个州,全权而属于墨西哥这个国家和全体国民。开采
AMLO同时在周三宣布,联社计划成立“国家锂业公司”全权负责该国的国家锂业锂矿提取和开发,这也意味着不再允许外国企业开发墨西哥锂矿,即便这些公司此前已经获得了特许权。
被AMLO重点批评的正是该国联邦经济竞争委员会(Cofece)早些时候批准赣锋锂业收购英国Bacanora锂业的交易。根据Bacanora披露,获得的采矿权允许公司每年开采3.5万吨的碳酸锂。整体而言这个项目总共有880万吨的矿石储备,按照许可规模足够开采250年。
虽然Cofece坚称批准收购交易符合当地法律,但AMLO公开呼吁对该部门展开调查,质疑该部门“危害国家的锂资源”。
随着清洁能源和电动车成为全球热点,包括墨西哥在内的一众国家也开始收紧对锂资源的把控,意图在这一轮全球能源转型中获得更高额利润。
相较于目前尚未实现商业化生产的墨西哥,全球第二大锂资源生产国智利的政策转向更令全球头痛。去年底当选智利总统的加夫列尔·博里奇(Gabriel Boric)曾表示想要筹建“国有锂业公司”,并主张提高矿企的税负和特许权费用。此外,在当地居民的压力下,塞尔维亚也于上个月取消了力拓集团计划中的“欧洲最大锂矿项目”。
