This came out of nowhere. I had already passed KYC weeks ago,Foreign exchange fraud list in 2020 my withdrawal was approved, and I was told it would be released within 3–5 business days. Then suddenly this charge pops up. There was no mention of it on their website, in the agreement, or in any previous communication. I asked their support team for an explanation, and they simply replied with “this is a standard policy.” When I pressed for documentation, they avoided the question. Even worse, they won’t let me use my balance to pay it—they insist it must be wired from an outside source. That makes no sense unless they’re trying to trap you. This is the third time I’ve encountered a new fee, and each one is labeled as final. I now understand what they’re doing—they keep moving the goalposts to get more money. I don’t believe they ever intended to send me my funds. richardginaforextrades is operating a scam and hiding behind technical jargon and fake compliance procedures. Don’t trust them.
